Overview

Ulta Beauty is transforming the beauty world one shade, one lash, one cut at a time. The Seasonal Beauty Advisor (BA) engages each guest to determine individual needs, provides cashier tasks, maintains fixtures, and keeps the store clean, supporting leadership through performance, people, and process.

• Meet or exceed retail and service sales goals, including omni‑channel sales and shrink.
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting, personalizing, recommending products, and handling refunds/exchanges.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demos to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support events and services to deliver an unrivaled guest experience while meeting sales goals.
• Stay informed about new and existing products and services.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year relevant work experience or education preferred.
• Demonstrated passion for guest service and selling efficiency.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system, Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Effectively troubleshoot and work independently as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Continuous mobility with frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, and moving up to 25 lbs.
• Continuous coordination and manipulation of objects.
