This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Associate Attorney, based in Rochester, MI. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice to clients, conducting thorough legal research, preparing legal documents, and representing clients in legal proceedings as needed. Additional duties include collaborating with other team members, negotiating settlements, and ensuring meticulous adherence to ethical and legal standards.
Qualifications- Proficiency in general legal practice, including knowledge of Law and Divorce & Family Law, Estate Planning.
- Experience in providing clear and sound Legal Advice to clients and managing case-related communications effectively.
- Strong Research skills to analyze legal matters and build comprehensive strategies.
- Negotiation skills to advocate and secure favorable resolutions for clients.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active admission to the State Bar of Michigan.
- Prior relevant legal experience is a plus.
