Full-Time | Leadership | Operations-Focused Five Star Bath Solutions is seeking a Director of Sales for our Michigan location. This role is ideal for a highly organized, analytical leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands how to build a high-performance sales operation. The Director of Sales will oversee the entire sales pipeline with a strong emphasis on inside sales, calling operations, and daily calendar management.

The Director of Sales is responsible for ensuring that our sales engine runs with clarity, consistency, and operational excellence. This leader develops and manages the systems that drive lead handling, appointment setting, confirmation, scheduling, and performance tracking. They provide steady operational leadership that supports the execution of the Five Star Bath Solutions Sales System and ensures the outside sales team is fully equipped for success.

• Lead and develop the inside sales and calling team, including expectations, accountability, and daily workflow.
• Oversee the full sales pipeline from incoming leads to issued appointments, ensuring accuracy and strong conversion rates.
• Maintain high standards of appointment quality, documentation, and customer communication.
• Track, analyze, and report on key sales and calling KPIs, providing actionable insights to strengthen performance.
• Coordinate with dispatch, measure, customer experience, and field sales to ensure smooth handoffs and operational alignment.
• Serve as the decision-maker for escalated customer issues and personnel challenges, applying calm, fair, and mature judgment.
• Establish and refine processes that support the consistent execution of the Five Star Bath Solutions Sales System.
• Build and maintain a structured, disciplined operational environment that supports continued growth across the sales team.

• Proven experience in sales operations, inside sales management, or a similar leadership role.
• Strong analytical ability with comfort building and interpreting performance reports.
• Excellent organizational and systems-thinking skills.
• Ability to lead teams with clarity, fairness, and high expectations.
• Skilled communicator with the ability to navigate customer situations professionally.
• Experience in home improvement, home services, or franchise environments is a plus.
