Job Description SummaryHandles and inspects components and filled product in accordance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices, Operating Procedures and Safety Regulations Documents and communicates functions and duties necessary to complete the manufacture of products produced in the Sterile Filling Department.

Operational Responsibilities- Performs all tasks as outlined in Batch Cards, SOPs and Job Aids.
- Effectively demonstrates the ability to perform on automated lines.
- Inspects finished product as required, requiring attention to detail.
- Configures and counts product into trays and cases, lifting weights up to 35 lbs.
- Operates equipment as defined within the labor grade.
- Maintains a smooth flow of production and monitors equipment as assigned.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing equipment, such as interaction with HMI panels and safe interaction with automated machinery.
- Communicates to PMO or Supervisor in a timely manner any equipment or process deviations.
- Documents in a timely manner all tasks requiring written or electronic records as specified in GMP regulations.
- Performs all functions in accordance with cGMPs, Corporate regulations, SOPs, and all other relevant regulations and standards.
- Effectively demonstrates and understands the SOPs and job aids pertinent to each task performed.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervision.
- Critical thinking is imperative while executing manufacturing standard operating procedures.
- Works individually and as part of a team, collaborating positively within the team.
- Maintains a methodical approach to effectively and accurately complete steps of a task or follow instructions given by a supervisor or SOP.
- High school Diploma or GED from a recognized institution or organization.
- Successful completion of certified in‑house qualification programs.
- Required to reach with hands and arms and frequently use hands to finger, handle or feel.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required: close vision.
- Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts.
- Frequently exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals.
- Noise level is moderate.
- Work environment is a production/manufacturing environment.
- Under contract agreement between Par Pharmaceutical and USW Local 176.
- Shift premium where eligible.
