At Cedarbrook Senior Living, we work hard every day to find out what "Celebrating Life Every Day!" means to our residents and their families, then we help them achieve these goals. We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager for our Rochester community.

• Guide and direct all sales and marketing efforts within the community.
• Interface with prospective residents and/or family members and turn those inquiries into residents of the community.
• Prequalify prospective residents.
• Respond to all customer requests for information.
• Assist with developing and executing external business and community relations marketing plan.
• Research and maintain ongoing knowledge and reporting of local market competitors.
• Interact with all inquiries, whether provided through advertising, public relations, referral, or personal contact, and turn them into residents of the community through professional selling skills.
• Keep accurate records on all inquiries and potential residents in the CRM database.
• Proficient in problem solving and overcoming objectives.
• Assist, organize, and plan all internal and external sales and marketing events to promote the community.
• Collaborate with all other departments within the community to promote and maintain census development.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven successful sales experience; community relations marketing within a senior living community preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM Systems.
