We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our anesthesia care team. The CRNA will be responsible for administering intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics to render patients insensible to pain during surgical procedures, obstetrical deliveries, or other medical and dental procedures. The CRNA may administer anesthesia to all ages and A.S.A. class patients, including geriatrics and pediatrics, and provides airway management services as needed throughout the hospital.
Work-Life- Henry Ford Rochester Hospital has 180 beds and 11 operating rooms providing Cardiovascular, Vascular, Neurology, General, ENT (with limited pediatrics), Urology, Orthopedic, Robotic, Colo-Rectal, Podiatry, and Plastic surgery. We cover a full scope of out‑of‑department services including Non‑invasive cardiology, OB, Endoscopy, and radiology (including CT and MRI).
- On‑call and weekend shifts occur once every 1–2 months. Rotating shifts with flexible scheduling.
- Conduct pre‑anesthesia assessments and develop tailored anesthesia care plans.
- Administer anesthesia (general, regional, or monitored anesthesia care) in collaboration with surgeons and other healthcare providers.
- Monitor patients during procedures and manage any anesthesia‑related complications.
- Provide post‑anesthesia care and pain management.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

- Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Graduation from an accredited school of anesthesia
- Ability to work harmoniously in collaborative situations with anesthesiologists and other health care providers
