Qualifications:

• 2 years' experience in a supervisory role
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential

Responsibilities:

• Provide senior residents with exceptional nursing care, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity
• Advocate for residents and coordinate with interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and comply with regulatory standards
• Lead and mentor nursing staff as a supervisor
