Registered Nurse – Rapid Response/SWAT – Full Time – Nights

Position at Henry Ford Rochester Hospital, Rochester, MI.

Schedule: 7:00 pm–7:30 am, 36 hours/week; every third weekend and holiday rotation.

Department: Rapid Response/SWAT.

Hospital: Henry Ford Rochester.

Location: Rochester, MI.

Sign‑On Bonus: $10,000*

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as primary coordinator of all disciplines of well‑coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Current ACLS or obtain within 6 months of hire/transfer.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Michigan Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR current professional licensure at time of hire.
