Position Overview

In this role, you will work closely with our veterinarians and support staff to provide medical, surgical, and preventive care services. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced position where your technical abilities and compassion will make a meaningful impact every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist veterinarians during patient exams, diagnostics, and surgeries
  • Monitor anesthesia and ensure patient safety throughout surgical procedures
  • Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations
  • Collect laboratory samples and perform in‑house testing
  • Maintain accurate and thorough patient medical records
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners regarding care instructions and follow-up
  • Support daily clinic operations and maintain a clean, well‑organized work environment
Candidate Requirements

Current LVT license in the state of Michigan (or eligibility for licensure)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Solid time management and organizational abilities

A positive attitude and willingness to continue growing professionally
