Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site/remote Real Estate Specialist role based in metro Detroit. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients in purchasing, selling, or renting real estate, and working closely with customers to meet their needs. The role entails participating in property viewings, market analysis, and supporting real estate development projects. Specialists will also handle negotiations and sales processes to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications- Proven expertise in Real Estate, Real Estate Development, and Real Property management
- Strong background in Sales and Customer Service pertaining to the real estate industry
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships with a customer‑focused approach
- Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and local market trends
- Proficiency in property listing and marketing strategies is an advantage
- Valid real estate license in Michigan is required
