- Support the General Manager in coaching the team to exceed guest and team expectations
- Demonstrate integrity, honesty, and knowledge, promoting culture, values, and mission
- Understand and perform every station and function of the restaurant
- Supervise shifts and manage all operations absent the General Manager
- Assist with administrative duties and employee evaluations
- Maintain clear communication with the General Manager about operations
- Manage scheduling functions, employee profiles, logbook entries, and weekly schedules
- Maintain the office area to organizational standards
- Help meet financial objectives through forecasting and administration
- Collaborate on financial goals: food cost, labor cost, and other expenses
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences through speed, accuracy, cleanliness, product quality, and hospitality
- Coach and develop Service Managers and all team members
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be available for any shift or day of the week
- Serv Safe certification
- Two years of strong food prep and line experience
- Fast‑casual or similar restaurant environment experience preferred
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
- Clear vision (close, distance, peripheral)
- Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching
- Dexterity to handle kitchen equipment
- Comfortable working near open flames
- Work in fast‑paced, hot and cold areas
- Work in tight spaces
- Communicate effectively in high‑noise environment

Pay or shift range: $20 - $22.50 per hour
