Field Sales Representative
Join Tru Green as a Field Sales Representative. The role requires engaging homeowners face‑to‑face, delivering custom lawn‑care solutions, and building lasting customer relationships.
What You’ll Do –- Engage with new and existing customers through door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism, energy, and good vibes.
- Customize sales messaging to match the unique lawn‑care needs of each household.
- Turn “just looking” into “just signed” with a proven sales methodology and processes.
- Log interactions and track performance using a CRM to measure activity and follow‑through.
- Cross‑sell and upsell with precision, showing customers how to level up their lawns.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous sales or customer‑service experience is a plus; passion and hustle are valued.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills, both small talk and closing.
- Solid time‑management skills and a self‑starter mindset.
- Comfortable with technology and mobile devices.
- Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors.
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking) is required.
- You must be physically located in the United States while performing this job.
- Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions.
- Average income $875–$1,200 per week (based on salary plus commissions).
