Skilled Carpenter

Ingram Roofing Inc. is hiring three skilled Carpenters to join our growing Field Operations team. This full-time position focuses on remodeling projects and includes both rough and finish carpentry. From repairing substructures to installing high-end finishes, you'll be a critical part of transforming residential, commercial, and government spaces with integrity and craftsmanship.

Rough Carpentry (Remodeling Focus):

• Repair and modify framing, subfloors, and other structural elements in existing buildings.
• Measure and cut lumber accurately, even in non‑standard or irregular spaces.
• Interpret blueprints and technical renovation drawings.
• Ensure structural work complies with building codes and safety standards.
• Framing and building decks, and other exterior trim.

Finish Carpentry (Remodeling Focus):

• Install trim, moldings, doors, cabinetry, and windows with high precision.
• Customize and adapt finish work to irregular layouts or older structures.
• Sand, stain, and complete wood surfaces to a polished, professional standard.

General Duties:

• Maintain clean, organized job sites and tools.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and fellow tradespeople.
• Assist in material estimates and project scheduling.
• Troubleshoot and adapt to on‑site challenges common in remodeling.

• 3–5 years of carpentry experience (remodeling strongly preferred).
• Proficient in both rough and finish carpentry techniques.
• Strong knowledge of construction plans, measurements, and woodworking tools.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and adaptability in existing structures.
• Detail‑oriented, safety‑minded, and committed to producing top‑tier craftsmanship.
• Strong work ethic.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Physically capable of lifting, climbing, and working in tight or elevated areas.

Full‑Time. Monday – Friday. Overtime opportunities available as needed.
