If you don’t have a specific part in your truck, no problem! We also have a fully stocked shop in Rochester Hills. We are currently seeking experienced plumbers for our growing team and have been an industry leader for over thirty years. Don’t have a license but have the knowledge and experience? No problem—apply as an apprentice and we’ll get you on track to obtain licensure in no time.

• 3–5 years of experience with residential and commercial plumbing
• Apprentice Plumbing License (Required)
• Journeyman’s Plumbing License (Preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
• Knowledge and experience in repair and general maintenance of plumbing
• Excellent written, verbal, and digital communication skills
• Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 100 lbs.
• Confidence and comfort with day‑to‑day sales and customer relationships
• Professional and punctual
• Proficient with tools of the trade (plumbing snakes, augers, drills, saws, hammers, measuring tape, levels, screwdrivers)
• Strong troubleshooting and critical‑thinking skills
• Enthusiastic personality with excellent interpersonal and sales skills

• Perform repairs and installations of plumbing fixtures such as water heaters, sump pumps, water softeners, gas lines, garbage disposals, etc.
• Perform general maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent emergencies
• Keep and maintain records such as customer job summaries, time spent on the job, and materials used, both on paper and iPad
• Prepare and provide estimates to customers
• Develop and maintain customer relationships
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
• Maintain impeccable communication with dispatch and management teams
• Maintain the company truck regularly, keeping it clean inside and out
• Follow current rules and regulations to ensure plumbing systems pass inspection the first time
• Participate in ongoing training to aid professional development and success
