The Challenge Own advanced diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting with a quality-first mindset. Diagnose, repair, and replace transmissions with confidence. Tackle engine diagnostics and major mechanical repairs. Take on complex repairs that others avoid. Pitch in on general A-Level work to keep the shop running smoothly.

You’ll have the autonomy to do it right—diagnose thoroughly, recommend accurately, and stand by the repair.

What’s In It for You Comp: $45–$55/hour with weekly pay

Hours:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (zero weekends)
Time Off: 80 hours PTO plus 72 hours paid sick time Holidays: 6 paid holidays

Health Coverage:
Employer pays 50% of health insurance

Development: ASE tests and certifications fully covered by the shop Welcome Bonus:
Up to $5,000 signing/retention bonus

What You’ll Need to Succeed5+ years of professional automotive repair experience

Exceptional diagnostic and electrical aptitudeA-Level/Master-level mechanical skills

Transmission experience strongly preferred
