Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Social Work required
• Valid Michigan Social Worker licensure
• Demonstrated experience working with K-12 students within a school setting
• Expertise in clinical assessment, intervention strategies, and case management
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct social-emotional and behavioral interventions to K-12 students
• Coordinate and manage 504 Plans, ensuring compliance and best practices
• Conduct clinical assessments to identify student needs and appropriate interventions
• Work alongside teachers, families, and administration to support student success
• Maintain thorough records and documentation following all relevant policies
• Deliver support and training regarding social-emotional learning to school staff as needed
