Primary Job Functions- Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage office calendar, including client appointments and internal meetings.
- Prepare and maintain beverage stations and obtain beverages for clients.
- Support advisors and staff with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning.
- Manage incoming and outgoing USPS, Fed Ex, and UPS mail deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, conference rooms, and kitchen.
- Order and manage office supplies and refreshments.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous receptionist or office experience preferred.
- Well‑developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented, highly organized and adaptable.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
- CRM experience preferred.
- Knowledge of business office procedures.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Workday a plus.
Base hourly rate: $20.00–$22.00 (exclusive of bonuses and benefits). Salary range for the associate level: $42,500–$63,750.
