Position Location:

Rochester, MN

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
• Manage inventory levels and implement effective inventory control practices.
• Develop, implement, and enforce operational policies and procedures to improve workflow.
• Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize logistics and distribution processes.
• Hire, lead, and mentor warehouse staff to foster a productive and positive work environment.
• Use transportation management systems to coordinate shipping, receiving, and transportation activities.
• Apply lean principles to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve performance.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with third‑party logistics (3PL) providers to support smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.

• 3 or more years proven experience in operations management in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain principles.
• Experience building functional warehouse operations and small manufacturing facilities.
• Familiarity with transportation management systems and process improvement methods.
• Demonstrated success leading teams and managing warehouse supervisors.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.

55K-72K base salary plus 5% annual corporate target bonus
