The Senior Safety Manager supports specific client and project needs by ensuring best practices are implemented, safety compliance requirements are met, and a culture of safety is enhanced.

• Oversee all aspects of a commercial construction project ensuring OSHA compliance.
• Conduct daily safety meetings.
• Complete accident reports and conduct accident investigations.
• Perform daily safety audits and inspections.
• Oversee all subcontractors and contractors.
• Oversee Fall Protection, Scaffolding, Steel Erection, and Excavation.

• Minimum 10 years direct construction safety experience required.
• Experience managing safety teams.
• Owners Representative experience preferred.
• Degree in a safety related field.
• CHST or CSP destination preferred.
• Expert knowledge of construction safety standards.
• Experience developing a Corporate Health and Safety Plan.

$130,000 - $165,000
