** This Opportunity:
*** Monitor construction activities on transportation, civil, and municipal infrastructure projects to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
* Document daily field and inspection activities, including material sampling, testing, and quantity measurements.
* Assist with preconstruction meetings, progress updates, and conflict resolution sessions; prepare and negotiate construction change orders.
* Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and SEH team members.
* May assist in development of proposals, estimating project budgets and schedules and completing constructability reviews

** Essential

Qualifications:

*** High School Diploma or GED.
* Previous experience in the construction field.
* Ability to work in various weather conditions and navigate rough terrain on construction sites.
* Willingness to travel for team meetings, client consultations, and on-site observations.
* Ability to work overtime as needed.
*
* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Possession of applicable DOT technical certifications or ability to obtain within six (6) months.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Experience with AutoCAD or Micro Station.
* Familiarity with Blue Beam software.

This position requires an MVR records check verifying that you possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record which meets the requirements of SEH’s Driving Program.
