• Monitor construction activities on transportation, civil and municipal infrastructure projects to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
• Document daily field and inspection activities including material sampling, testing and quantity measurements.
• Assist with pre‑construction meetings, progress updates and conflict resolution sessions; prepare and negotiate construction change orders.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors and SEH team members.
• Assist in development of proposals, estimate project budgets and schedules and complete constructability reviews.
• Travel to team meetings, client consultations and on‑site observations as required.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in the construction field.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and navigate rough terrain on construction sites.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR check required).

• Applicable DOT technical certifications or ability to obtain within six months.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with AutoCAD or Micro Station.
• Familiarity with Blue Beam software.
