Construction Manager Trainee supporting the supervision, coordination, and management of assigned residential construction projects. A career built on zero defect homes, cost management, and schedule adherence, with a focus on making dreams come true.
Responsibilities- Assist in preparing and maintaining job schedules.
- Inspect and enforce job safety requirements.
- Complete punch lists and assist in completing new home orientation lists.
- Attend construction meetings and training classes as scheduled.
- Ensure job site cleanliness and assist in completion of model/inventory maintenance.
- Assist with service-related issues.
- Conduct daily interactions with division personnel, subcontractors, business partners, and homeowners.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- College Degree or equivalent education preferred.
- Construction experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
- Effective communication skills.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).
- Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record.
- Valid auto‑insurance coverage.
- Physical and office/site presence requirements, including the ability to work in confined quarters, operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, and lift items up to 50 pounds.
Base compensation ranges from an hourly rate of $18.48 to $31.00, subject to adjustments based on qualifications, geographic pay differentials, and operational considerations.
