Job Summary
Mayo Clinic’s Division of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our growing team at the Rochester, MN campus.
Practice at the #1 hospital in the country, collaborate with world-renowned physicians, manage the full spectrum of OMS care, facilitate education, mentor residents, and engage in research.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality oral & maxillofacial surgery services.
- Work within an integrated care model, collaborating across specialties.
- Participate in residency program, teaching and mentorship.
- Engage in clinical and translational research as a protected time.
- Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
- Eligible for dental licensure in Minnesota
- Demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence, education, and scholarly activity

The minimum starting salary for specialties may range from $290,000 to $830,500, reflecting full‑time total base compensation prior to consideration of additional experience or duties.
