$40.00/hr – $65.00/hr
What You Will Do- Lead the design and coordination of roadway, drainage, and utility projects for public and private clients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality projects.
- Perform design calculations, quantity and cost estimates, and plan preparation.
- Compile, write, and edit technical reports, feasibility studies, letters, memos, and specifications.
- Help with proposals, project budgets, schedules, planning activities, and public involvement presentations.
- Oversee the work of EITs or technicians.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited school.
- 4–7 years of experience in Transportation/Municipal engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Micro Station, and Hydro
CAD. - Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Preferred PE license in MN or ND or the ability to obtain within six months.
- Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic.
