Municipal Engineering Director

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer with Municipal Engineering expertise who can lead our Municipal Division. Our Municipal Division reports directly to the CEO and will oversee our Building Official Department and our newly created Municipal Engineering Department. This Municipal Engineering Division will closely with other engineers, designers, and scientists within the company. The ideal will have a robust municipal design, land development, and project management background, as well as demonstrated client growth.

• Municipal Engineering:
  This position will lead our Municipal Division and grow our Municipal Engineering Department by utilizing company relationships in our communities, where we are their Building Officials.
• Project Management:
  Lead and manage projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.

• Professional Engineer (PE) license; must be able to be licensed in MN.
