Lead impactful municipal infrastructure projects across roadway, water/wastewater, and/or water resources while guiding teams through design, client coordination, and project delivery. This role offers technical ownership, opportunities for team leadership, and meaningful involvement in infrastructure projects.
The job:- Lead municipal engineering projects across roadway, water/wastewater, and/or water resources infrastructure.
- Manage engineering studies, design calculations, technical specifications, plans, and reports in accordance with applicable standards.
- Coordinate with clients, local governments, contractors, and other consultants to deliver projects effectively.
- Perform quality control reviews of engineering designs, models, drawings, and project documentation.
- Lead with proposals and RFP responses to support continued growth and development of the municipal engineering practice.
- Mentor a team of junior engineers.
- Compensation: $140,000 - $165,000

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Licensed PE.
- 7+ years of experience.
