You will manage all operations during your shift, ensuring teams follow company policies, maintain financial controls, and deliver excellent customer service.

• Cost control and inventory management
• Cash handling and financial reporting
• Staff scheduling, coaching, and performance management
• Maintain store cleanliness and brand standards
• Marketing initiatives and local promotion
• Customer relations and order fulfillment
• Attendance and punctuality enforcement

• Strong math skills – add, subtract, multiply, divide, and provide accurate change; calculator acceptable
• Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills
• Ability to use computer or touch‑screen for order entry
• Hands‑on experience with food preparation and equipment operation
• Experience in inventory management and work‑of‑day scheduling
• Proficiency in customer service for in‑person and phone orders
• Basic training and orientation as provided on‑the‑job

• Coordination between hand and eye for rapid, accurate handling
• Decision making under stress within quality‑control limits
• Team collaboration and independent work capability

• Standing for the majority of the shift on ceramic tile or linoleum surfaces
• Walking short distances, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying up to 30 pounds of sauce, and pushing/pulling trays
• Staying on job for 30‑45 second periods of bending, squatting, and reaching above 72 inches
