A leading technology company is looking for a Federal Senior Compliance Lead to join their Federal Compliance Team. This role requires extensive experience in U.S. Federal Government contracting, particularly with Cost Accounting Standards and Federal Acquisition Regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work cross-functionally within the organization. A Master's degree and direct experience with DCAA or DCMA are preferred.

This is a full-time position located in Rochester, Minnesota.
