As an RD, you will provide patient- and family-centered nutrition education across our Faribault, Rochester, and Northfield Dialysis Clinics. You will analyze laboratory results, develop individualized dietary plans, and influence patient choices to improve lab markers and overall health.

• Coverage across Faribault, Rochester, and Northfield Clinics
• Full-time: 32 hours per week – scheduling: 1 day in Faribault, 2 days in Rochester, 1 day in Northfield
• At least 1 year of clinical dietitian experience
• State and national dietetics license, or in the process of obtaining one
• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
• Flexibility for multiple facilities and travel as needed
• Successful completion of the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80% after hiring and training
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and DaVita-specific applications within 60 days
