Position Overview
As an Occupational Therapist, you will assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans that help patients regain function and independence in their daily lives. This role offers a dynamic and patient-focused environment where your skills can shine.
Key Responsibilities- Perform evaluations and create personalized treatment plans
- Assist patients in regaining functional independence in daily activities
- Provide adaptive equipment recommendations and training
- Document progress, update goals, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and wellness
- Active Minnesota OT license (or ability to obtain)
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current BLS certification
- 1+ year of clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
