We are currently accepting applications for a full‑time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. Competitive pay and full benefits are available.

What You’ll Do
  • Complete clinical, functional assessments and functional analyses.
  • Oversee/manage the hiring, training, and supervision of staff.
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor the treatment team.
  • Set and achieve performance goals with learners, caregivers, and treatment teams.
  • Manage and implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programming.
  • Conduct caregiver training.
  • Aid in developing company policy and environment.
  • Ensure requirements for documentation of clinical services are implemented.
  • Oversee and maintain accurate, organized learner notes, data, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Help develop and implement staff trainings.
  • Meet regularly with staff to address any issues impacting learner progress and satisfaction.
  • Review and update formal documentation and plans for funding sources and company standards of practice.
  • Use Central Reach for data collection and reporting.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to manage a large group of individuals.

  • Follow and implement HIPAA rules, state and federal confidentiality laws.

Compensation

The base salary for this role is $85,000.00+ with monthly and ongoing competitive bonus opportunities available, compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
