• Provide field access support services and education to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to maximize patient access to products
• Communicate with Specialty Pharmacies, Closed Door Pharmacies, and HUB partners to support marketed products
• Train HCPs on payer-specific coverage policies, documentation requirements, and patient financial assistance programs
• Introduce technology solutions for electronic Patient Access submissions and assist with coverage issues
• Monitor pharmacy distribution network integrity and propose strategies for workflow improvement

• BS/BA degree in a related field AND 6+ years of pharma/biotech commercial experience, with 2+ years in specialty pharmacy/market access
• Strong understanding of specialty pharmacies, managed care, and pharmacy benefit managers
• Excellent knowledge of patient support programs and prescription adjudication processes
• Ability to communicate payer coverage criteria and prior authorization processes
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 60% of the time

• Master’s degree or MBA preferred AND 4+ years of related experience

• Previous experience in sales, management, or marketing within pharma/biotech
• Familiarity with current issues in the pharmaceutical industry and national healthcare system
• Excellent project management and interpersonal skills
