Physical Therapist – Full‑Time – Rochester, MN

Pro Rehab, an established rehab company with over 35 years of successful business, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our staff at The Homestead at Rochester Rehab and Living Center
, Rochester, MN. No productivity requirements and up to a $10,000 bonus are offered. New grads are welcome to apply.

Location
: 1900 Ballington Blvd NW, Rochester, MN 55901

Wage Range
: $45–$55 per hour (depending on experience)

Bonus
: $10,000

• Assess and diagnose patients’ physical conditions, movement abilities, and medical history to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Design and implement rehabilitation programs to improve functional deficits.
• Provide hands‑on therapy, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff about pain management techniques and fall risk safety; teach exercises and injury prevention.
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams (doctors, nurses, other therapists) to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Accredited Physical Therapy Program graduate with a bachelor’s degree.
• Current accredited MN Physical Therapist license.
• Strong knowledge of state, federal, and local regulations pertaining to home health care.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
