• Providing excellent customer service to customers by building loyalty and repeat business.
• Championing Thrifty White programs to patients such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization and Healthy Pack Rx  and assisting with enrolling patients.
• Leading the team by modeling, coaching, and maintaining high standards in patient service.
• Structuring and organizing workflow and systems for efficient prescription filling, patient counseling, and providing clinical services.
• Developing and following up on long‑term care (LTC) business through immediate communication and attention to the needs of nursing homes, group homes, and assisted‑living residences.
• Identifying Long‑Term Care and Specialty business and communicating opportunities with Marketers.
• Dispersing medications, related supplies, and providing all clinical pharmacy services.
• Providing regular weekend rotation coverage as a Part‑Time Pharmacist.

• A pharmacy license, or the ability to receive a pharmacy license without any federal sanctions.
