Kona Medical Consulting is currently seeking a Qualified Behavioral Health Practitioner (QBHP) under the Hispanic Autism Services of Michigan in Pontiac, Michigan. This is a center-based ABA Therapy Facility (no in-home or community-based services required).

• Education:
  
  Completion of a master’s degree in psychology with a graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Certification & Fieldwork:
  Actively working toward BCBA certification and accumulating ABA supervision hours under a certified BCBA.
• Experience:
  
  Prior experience in ABA settings preferred (e.g., as an RBT, BCaBA, or similar role).
• Knowledge of ABA principles:
  Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Natural Environment Teaching (NET), Functional Communication Training (FCT), behavior reduction strategies.
• Assessment experience:
  Conducting or assisting with VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, and Essential for Living assessments.
• Data collection & software proficiency:
  Familiarity with Central Reach, Catalyst, Rethink, ABA Data Pro, or similar systems.
• Skills & abilities:
  Leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, time management, effective communication, training, and feedback skills.
• Preferred:
  Cultural competency, bilingual abilities (Spanish, ASL, or others), training in Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) or Safety-Care.
• Adherence to BACB ethical standards, confidentiality, and professionalism.

  Pontiac, Michigan; center-based.
