Salary Range: $55,000.00 To $60,000.00 Annually

What You'll Do- Supervise, coach, and support Behavioral Health Technicians.
- Train staff on policies, documentation, client care, and operational procedures.
- Assist with client admissions, including orientations, searches, drug screens, and paperwork.
- Support staff in monitoring clients throughout detoxification and residential treatment.
- Respond to client crises and provide guidance during de-escalation.
- Ensure timely, accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and HIPAA.
- Assist with staff scheduling and maintaining shift coverage.
- Collaborate with Nursing, Clinical, Dietary, and other departments to ensure exceptional client care.
- Respond to emergencies and help maintain a safe therapeutic environment.
- Leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in behavioral health, residential treatment, healthcare, or human services.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead with accountability, professionalism, and compassion.
- Familiarity with HIPAA and recovery-focused care is preferred.
- Knowledge of AA, NA, and/or SMART Recovery is a plus.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and TB test
