Description:

We are seeking a full‑time Housekeeping Manager for the Homewood Suites in Rochester Minnesota to oversee and manage all housekeeping operations on‑site in Rochester, MN. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will supervise the housekeeping team, ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms and common areas, manage laundry operations, and ensure excellent customer service standards. The role also involves scheduling, hiring, and training staff, as well as maintaining effective communication across departments to ensure a positive guest experience.

• Supervise housekeeping team

• Demonstrated Supervisory and Hiring skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
• Knowledge and experience in managing Laundry services and housekeeping operations
• Strong Customer Service skills, focusing on guest satisfaction and issue resolution
• Excellent Communication skills for team coordination and reporting
  
  Highly organized with attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
• Previous HSKP manager experience is preferred
• Availability to work a consistent on‑site schedule in Rochester, MN
• Proficiency in using housekeeping technologies or software is a plus
