This role will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. You will build strong relationships with managers to help them with their HR needs.
Base pay range$25.00/hr - $28.00/hr
Responsibilities- Responsible for hourly, full-cycle recruitment efforts
- Manage new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
- Assist with data entry and review for payroll and benefits administration
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
- Previous experience with ADP desired
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
This assignment will last for at least 30 days. Does have some potential of temp to hire. Benefits available.
