Principal Data Science Analyst

• Develop and implement AI and machine learning solutions tailored for healthcare applications.
• Work closely with clinicians and technical teams to transform business needs into actionable data insights.
• Create predictive models using advanced statistical and data mining techniques.
• Design and execute experiments for model validation and optimization.
• Lead large-scale analytics projects and provide expert guidance to teams.
• Communicate analytical findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Oversee data management, extraction, and analysis processes.

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Health Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in data science, AI, or machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and machine learning frameworks like Tensor Flow and PyTorch.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data and Epic EHR data structures.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Proven track record of delivering insights from large datasets.

• PhD in a relevant field with additional data science experience.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams in AI or analytics projects.
• Expertise in Epic data mapping and transformation.
• Epic certification or experience with approved implementers.
