Qualifications- 3–7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases; competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus
- Strong academic and professional background
- Eye for detail and excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
- Relocation to Madison, WI is necessary and will be fully reimbursed
- COVID‑19 vaccination required
