Janitorial Technician

Description

Paramark Corp is seeking a dedicated professional to join our teamas a part-time Janitorial Technician
. This position is approximately 10-15 hours per week and will serve two locations in Kasson and Hayfield. This position pays $17 per hour.

Responsibilities

As a Janitorial Technician, you will oversee daily tasks such as:

• Complete cleaning requests or tasks
• Walk the grounds daily to remove litter and keep the building and grounds well maintained.
• Inspect common areas daily to ensure a clean, orderly appearance: vacuum, dust, and clean surfaces, common bathrooms, the kitchen, the elevator, windows, doors, etc.
• Communicate regularly with the manager about daily work progress.
• Work with the manager to purchase supplies as needed.
• Show respect for all residents at all times.
• Thoroughly clean empty apartments as soon as the Manager communicates the work that needs to be done.
• Perform job duties safely and in compliance with all Paramark and OSHA safety requirements.
