Operator will be responsible for maintaining key performance matrix such as safety, quality and delivery. Operator will assemble product using a variety of tools, prints, routings, ARI’s (additional routing instructions), and/or Engineering/Supervision direction.

• Receive job instruction from supervisor.
• Observe operator proficiency and re-instruct when necessary.
• Operate material handling equipment.
• Maintain accurate counts on materials, parts and supplies, report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Maintain an adequate supply of parts and material to workstations to ensure uninterrupted flow of work.
• Report labor and job data accurately.
• Maintain quality, safety and efficiency.
• Maintain clean and neat work area.
• Perform other duties within the department or plant as required by supervision.

A good command of the English language is required, both written and spoken. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required. Ability to read and understand routings/work orders, additional routing instructions (ARI’s) prints, B.O.M. and safety notifications. Ability to use applicable hand tools (such as torque wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.).
