Contract | Nights | Onsite

• Provide holistic, patient- and family-centered care across all patient populations throughout the life cycle, including neonates, infants, children, young adults, adults, and older adults
• Execute the Standards of Nursing Practice including assessment, nursing diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Develop and revise individualized patient care plans, coordinating care across disciplines and delegating activities to other care providers as appropriate
• Participate in shared accountability and decision-making for nursing practices within the assigned unit
• Implement personal leadership qualities to define, improve, and uphold practice standards and the environment of care
• Perform clinical duties specific to the Emergency Room setting, adhering to unit-based skill expectations beyond house-wide RN requirements

• Active Minnesota RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room travel nursing experience required
• BLS and ACLS certification (AHA or ARC) required — documentation must be provided
• PALS and TNCC certification required — documentation must be provided
• Experience with all patient populations required
• Trauma Level IV experience required
• Proficiency with Epic EMR required
• Current skills checklist (within the past year) pertinent to Emergency Room specialty required
• Minimum 2 supervisory references with dates of employment required
• All requested time off must be submitted at the time of application; time-off requests submitted after placement may not be honored
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States

• Experience working in a high-volume or trauma-designated emergency department
• Familiarity with a broad range of acuity levels across diverse patient populations
• Strong interdisciplinary collaboration and communication skills
