Provides division-wide oversight of the quality and efficiency of laboratory tests, products, and services. Ensures the quality system essentials are in place and that the division's quality plan is followed. Provides quality management training and education. Represents the division in all regulatory and accreditation inspections and oversees the division's proficiency testing programs. Performs internal audits, LEAN assessments, root cause analysis, error and trend analysis, etc.
