• 3 years of residential history as well as contact information for your rental references
• Details about who will be living with you and their date of birth
• Employment history and information on your monthly income
• Information enabling us to pull your credit history
• Bank statements
• A valid form of identification

Qualification Standards
• Positive rental history with no evictions or judgement
• Applicant's criminal background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility
• Credit score of 620 or higher (exceptions apply)
• Gross income must be 2.5X the monthly rent per household
• All income must be from a verifiable source. Unverifiable income will not be considered.
• All our Properties are smoke-free
• Applicant must have a current and valid photo identification and a valid social security number
• Proof of renter's insurance upon move-in (excluding Rural Development properties)
