We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the Morrison Healthcare team and lead upscale dining operations within the prestigious Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. This role oversees a newly expanded executive lounge, delivering a refined hospitality experience for high‑profile guests, including C‑suite leaders and distinguished visitors.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in fine dining, exceptional service standards, and polished communication skills. This leader will cultivate a sophisticated guest experience, maintain strong client relationships, and guide a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of the executive lounge, ensuring alignment with budget expectations while maximizing value for the client
- Uphold elevated culinary and service standards, ensuring all food and beverage offerings meet superior quality expectations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, employees, and internal partners
- Lead, train, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional hospitality and seamless service
- Represent Morrison Healthcare with professionalism and poise in interactions with executive‑level clientele
- Associate’s Degree preferred
- 3–5 years of fine dining restaurant management experience required
- Strong operational management background, including purchasing and cost controls
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency with MS Office
- Serv Safe Certification preferred
- Demonstrated ability to deliver upscale service, maintain polished presentation, and foster strong client relationships—especially with C‑suite stakeholders
