Our management team members are the leaders of our store organization. As a member of the management team you’ll be responsible for coaching and guiding associates to ensure we achieve our mission to provide a world-class shopping experience to our customers as well as ensuring the professional growth and development of your team of associates. You’ll be challenged to manage the daily operation of one of our multi-million-dollar retail stores.

• Lead the store team in all aspects of store operations.
• Day-to-day management of the store.
• Train and develop team members.
• Communicate effectively with the Regional Management team.
• Drive sales by applying Burlington techniques and standards and identifying solutions to support sales growth.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Maintain appropriate merchandising standards.
• Control expenses and payroll budgets.
• Manage the associate experience and handle personnel issues.
• Model outstanding customer service practices for your team and ensure associates deliver excellent service.
• Involvement in operations such as Back of House (Receiving/MTA), Markdowns, Front End, Selling Floor, Recovery, Sizing, Fitting Rooms, and all departments (Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, Baby Depot).
• Assist/support management team in all areas of store operations, service, and merchandising.
• Human Resource initiatives including staffing, hiring, and BEST scheduling.

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience at an Off-Price, Big Box, Specialty, or multi-unit retail organization with experience managing multi-million-dollar sales volume and expense budgets.
• Must be available to work early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Travel may be required from time to time.

Pay Range: $22.05 - $30.45

Benefits include medical, dental and vision coverage including life and disability insurance. Full-time associates may be eligible for up to 12 days of paid time off annually, up to 8 paid holidays, paid sick time in accordance with applicable law, and a 401(k) plan.
