This position is responsible for fast, friendly, and accurate transactions at the point of sale. It provides a positive customer experience, stocks and maintains merchandising standards on the sales floor, and keeps a clean, safe environment. The associate promotes and adheres to the Goodwill-Easter Seals mission and values.

• Customer Service:
  Provides high level customer service throughout the store, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Store Operations:
  Follows policies and procedures, executes directives in a timely manner.
• Services and Programs:
  Trains and develops participants to achieve their goals.
• Safety:
  Contributes to a safe, welcoming environment for employees and customers.

• Pay Range: $14.20 - $21.29/hr

• 0–3 years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
