As a Sales Development Representative you will collaborate with regional sales and marketing teams to identify and nurture opportunities across multiple industries and geographies. You will drive results through inbound and outbound prospecting, event participation, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Responsibilities- Handle inbound customer inquiries via email, phone and chat.
- Execute outbound sales and marketing campaigns.
- Attend events and conferences worldwide, presenting on booths and driving face‑to‑face opportunities.
- Collaborate across teams and senior stakeholders to achieve sales objectives.
- Work directly with marketing on campaign execution.
- Research prospective customers and market trends.
- Generate a multi‑million pound pipeline and map accounts to uncover new opportunities.
- Help define team processes and policies.
- Maintain accurate records in the global opportunity database.
