As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you'll work alongside experienced professionals while learning every stage of the sales process.

Shadowing experienced sales professionals and learning proven sales techniques.

Prospecting and identifying potential clients.

Scheduling and confirming appointments.

Following up with prospective and existing clients.

Maintaining accurate customer records using CRM tools.

Learning how to conduct customer needs assessments and recommend insurance solutions.

Building relationships with clients through professional communication.

Developing the skills necessary to manage the full sales cycle independently.

As you grow in the role, you'll take on greater responsibility and gain ownership of client relationships from initial contact through closing sales.
